Anglesey tour including Beaumaris and South Stack

1. Departure from Cheadle, Cheshire: at 0830, to make the most of your day trip.

2. Drive to Anglesey: Anglesey is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Cheadle. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Welsh countryside as you make your way to the island.

Late Morning: Explore Beaumaris

3. If you wish  you can visit Beaumaris Castle: Arrive in Beaumaris around 1130 AM  approx. Begin your visit with Beaumaris Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore this well-preserved medieval fortress and take in the breathtaking views from its towers.  entrance is NOT included

4. Lunch in Beaumaris: After visiting the castle, enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants or cafes in Beaumaris. You'll find a variety of options to suit your taste.

Afternoon: Head to South Stack

5. Drive to South Stack: Leave Beaumaris around 1:00 PM and head towards South Stack. It's approximately a 30-40 minute drive from Beaumaris.

6. South Stack Lighthouse and RSPB Reserve: Arrive at South Stack, where you'll find the iconic South Stack Lighthouse. You can take a guided tour if available, or simply enjoy the stunning coastal scenery and birdwatching at the nearby RSPB Reserve.

Late Afternoon: Return to Cheadle
