Christmas markets are always a fantastic day out for all of the family, or a perfect date idea for you and your special one. Luckily for you, there’s loads in and around the Manchester area that Bullocks head to. Here’s our top picks for 2023.
Skipton Medieval Market. It sounds more intense than it is. The market runs on the 3rd and 10th of December, and is a traditional Yuletide festival, full of shops, stalls and magical lights to marvel at throughout the night. The Yuletide Festival presents a perfect chance to experience a delightful ambiance, all while securing a fantastic pre-Christmas deal and enjoy a lovely hot chocolate or glass of mulled wine. The Llandudno Christmas Fayre is a hugely popular extravaganza containing food, drink, gift stalls and entertainment all in one place. Few do Christmas better than Chatsworth. Luckily for you, sort the hard bit out so you can focus on mulled wine and browsing the stalls. The market includes live seasonal entertainment, over 100 stalls offering Christmas gifts and decorations, delicious food and Chatsworth’s own festive gifts in their fantastic shop. Knaresborough Christmas Market
Knaresborough is a lovely riverside market town in North Yorkshire which at Christmas time transforms into a winter wonderland with the heartbeat in their historic marketplace. Their Christmas market contains a large number of independent eateries and shops throughout the town, as well as a selection of festive events for you to watch and take part in if you fancy.
